Former Director for Commercialization in advanced medical technologies program exceeding $500 million with expertise in diagnostic imaging, surgical robotics, and tele-surgery/telemedicine technology prototypes. Created an $80 million medical imaging portfolio working with teams from the Department of Defense, manufacturing, and academia to streamline multifunctional products for the private and federal healthcare sectors.

Recipient of US Small Business Administration 2012 Tibbetts Award, a national award, in recognition of the TATRC Commercialization/Technology Transfer Program he developed and implemented.

Facilitated the award of a nonprofit public-private partnership consortium between the federal government, industry, academia, and foundations to fast-track the commercialization of federal technology investments for the US Army Medical Research and Materiel Command, a $1.2 billion enterprise engaged in a broad spectrum of medical research and development within the Department of Defense.
