Lucas Drill

Secretary

Lucas B. Drill is an avid outdoorsman and hunter with a passion for wildlife and natural resource conservation. He is a Life Member of Safari Club International, as well as several other organizations dedicated to conservation and firearms rights. Accordingly, Lucas cannot envision a more worthwhile endeavor than serving on the Board of SCI’s National Capital Chapter.

To Lucas, hunting is not a hobby; it is a lifestyle. He has not only zealously pursued hunting and conservation opportunities around the world himself, but also inspired previously uninitiated friends and family to become devoted hunters.

As an attorney with both private and public sector experience, ranging from white collar defense to government contracts litigation to natural resource-related investigations, Lucas is well-equipped to help lead NCCSCI in its quest to ensure that future generations can experience the natural world through hunting. He earned his JD from Georgetown University Law Center, a BA in political science from Columbia University, and a BA in history from the Jewish Theological Seminary.

Lucas, his wife, and their family live in McLean, Virginia.
